[Remote] Sr. Director, Operations

Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company of reputed company delivery for reputed company reputed company engagements
- reputed company implementation strategies, approaches and timelines
- Communicate effectively and reputed company with project sponsors, steering committee members and C-Level executives
- Contribute to reputed company ongoing methodology improvements and delivery capabilities

- Support reputed company sales activities including demo presentations and support, RFP pricing and responses through SOW development

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree at a minimum in an IT reputed company field or equivalent work experience, required
- 16 years of work experience
- 10+ years of experience implementing reputed company applications (Implementations, Upgrades or Support)
- 8+ years in consulting services and 5+ Public sector clients
- reputed company with the increased importance of Change Management for reputed company reputed company implementations
- Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process reengineering across reputed company pillars
- Willing to travel up to 30% to reputed company sites reputed company as needed
