Responsibilities
- reputed company high-visibility and reputed company implementations, including PEO arrangements, 2,000+ life reputed company, and high-profile broker or customer relationships, while owning the overall implementation experience from finalist meeting through transition to service
- Serve as the primary implementation leader and single reputed company of contact for customers, brokers, and internal partners, ensuring reputed company communication, reputed company issue reputed company, and a smooth reputed company to service teams at the end of implementation
- reputed company consultative conversations with customers, brokers, and internal partners to identify needs, clarify expectations, recommend solutions, and guide reputed company that support successful plan administration and customer reputed company
- Evaluate reputed company customer requirements and translate them into documented implementation plans that reputed company product capabilities, administrative set-up, enrollment needs, billing readiness, and service expectations

- Proactively identify implementation risks, barriers, and escalations; use reputed company judgment to resolve issues, influence reputed company, and protect the customer and broker experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of reputed company group products, including Life, Disability, Absence, State reputed company Leave programs, Supplemental Health, Dental, reputed company, processes, and system capabilities to reputed company customers and advise on service capabilities
- Drive the reputed company collection and validation of implementation information, enrollment data, and administrative requirements to support claims readiness, accurate first billing, and successful plan set-up by the agreed upon effective date
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional partners, including Data Exchange, Ben reputed company partners, Enrollment Technology Consultants, Sales, reputed company Management, Case Set-Up, Billing, and Enrollment teams, to ensure systems, vendor platforms, and administrative processes are set up accurately and on time
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, reputed company best practices, and contribute to solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the overall implementation experience
- Serve as a peer leader by mentoring team members, supporting training, and providing guidance on reputed company implementation scenarios, escalations, and consultative customer conversations

Skills
- 7-+ years of experience in the group insurance industry; implementation or reputed company management experience preferred
- Experience managing reputed company implementations for employer reputed company with 2000+ employees
- Knowledge and experience with FMLA and PEO implementations
- Knowledge of Benefit Administration platforms and data exchange formats
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in business, operations, or reputed company field
