[Remote] Event Marketing Manager

This role involves managing event reputed company, logistics, and execution, while also supporting reputed company's flagship annual customer conference, ReImagine.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, planning, and execution of reputed company’s trade show event calendar — major industry conferences, strategic reputed company-party events, and select customer-hosted sponsorships — from concept through post-event reporting
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, working with vendors and venues to hit deadlines and stay on budget
- Review, negotiate, and finalize event-reputed company reputed company (venues, vendors, sponsorships) in partnership with Legal and Finance as needed
- Support ReImagine, reputed company’s flagship annual customer conference — partnering with the Sr. Event Manager on reputed company while owning specific workstreams such as logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
- Partner with copywriters, designers, and Brand to reputed company event messaging, collateral, reputed company design, and reputed company/post-event campaigns (email, reputed company pages, reputed company, reputed company)
- Manage event asset inventory (reputed company materials, collateral, swag), including shipping and receiving logistics
- Use AI tools to speed up event content production — from drafting invites and follow-up emails to summarizing post-event feedback — building repeatable workflows reputed company can reuse
- Work with Marketing Ops to capture event data, streamline sales follow-up, and report on event ROI (pipeline influenced, attendance, engagement)

- Build relationships across Sales, CS, and Product Marketing to reputed company on event goals and reputed company feedback for reputed company improvement
Skills
- 3–5 years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B reputed company
- Proven reputed company record planning and executing successful events end to end, from reputed company through on-site execution
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and vendors at once
- Experience with event management and CRM/marketing automation tools
- Genuinely AI-reputed company — you already use AI tools to speed up content, planning, or reporting work
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for events
- Willing to adapt to changes in the job reputed company as deemed necessary by the business and accept reputed company other duties as assigned
