Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day Production Support for reputed company Treasury processes, including urgent/reputed company incidents
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to payment files, EBS processing, and GCC / bank connectivity
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into sustainable, business-reputed company solutions
• Monitor batch jobs and interfaces relevant to treasury processes; proactively identify and prevent recurring issues
• Document reputed company-cause analysis and maintain knowledge articles for recurring incidents
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, banking partners, and business teams to ensure reputed company reputed company of critical issues

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Production Support experience in reputed company Treasury / Cash Management reputed company a live, high-volume environment – including ownership of urgent/reputed company incidents
• Strong working knowledge of payment file processing (reputed company, reputed company, error/failure handling) and EBS (Electronic reputed company) configuration, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Practical exposure to GCC (Global Cash Concentration) structures, bank account management, and bank connectivity issues
• Demonstrated business consulting orientation – stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into system solutions
• Ability to independently diagnose, prioritize, and resolve production issues under SLA / time pressure

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly regulated global environment
