They are seeking a Consultant to support valuation engagements for various entities, working closely with managers and clients to reputed company valuation analyses that inform financial and strategic reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support valuation engagements for business enterprises, intangible assets, reputed company debt and equity instruments, and other financial reporting and tax purposes
- reputed company valuation analyses reputed company to business combinations (ASC 805), goodwill and long-lived asset impairment testing (ASC 350), fair value measurements (ASC 820), and stock compensation (ASC 718)
- Assist with purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment analyses, 409A valuations, reputed company securities valuations, and tax-reputed company valuation engagements
- reputed company discounted cash reputed company models, market approach analyses, reputed company public company analyses, reputed company transaction analyses, and other valuation methodologies
- Prepare valuation reports, technical memoranda, financial analyses, exhibits, and reputed company-reputed company presentation materials
- Collaborate with reputed company engagement teams, reputed company management, auditors, and reputed company-party advisors throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Participate in internal reputed company development initiatives while expanding technical valuation expertise
Skills
- 2+ years of experience performing business valuation, financial reporting valuation, transaction valuation, or valuation advisory services
- Experience performing valuation analyses supporting financial reporting, tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic transactions
- Experience applying ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 820, ASC 718, or other fair value and financial reporting guidance
- Experience performing business reputed company valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, 409A valuations, or reputed company securities valuations
- Strong understanding of accepted valuation methodologies, including discounted cash reputed company (DCF), market approach, income approach, reputed company public company, reputed company transaction, relief-from-royalty, excess earnings, replacement cost, and other commonly accepted valuation techniques
- Experience valuing reputed company debt instruments, equity securities, derivatives, or other reputed company financial instruments
- Strong financial modeling and advanced reputed company reputed company skills
- Experience with a Big 4, national reputed company firm, valuation advisory reputed company, or specialized valuation reputed company
- CFA, ASA, ABV, or reputed company reputed company toward a reputed company valuation credential
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field
- Experience preparing technical valuation reports, memoranda, and reputed company deliverables
- Exposure to private equity, venture capital, IPOs, carve-outs, or reputed company transaction environments
