[Remote] Staff Product Manager - HELOC

They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to reputed company the launch and reputed company of their HELOC business, overseeing the entire product reputed company and roadmap for in-house reputed company and reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product reputed company and roadmap for HELOC in-house reputed company: decisioning, borrower and property verification, document reputed company, funding, closing, and loan sales
- reputed company vendor and lending-partner reputed company, evaluating and integrating reputed company-party providers for valuation, document reputed company, and verification, and working with capital partners to expand program reputed company and coverage
- Build the scaling roadmap reputed company launch: multi-partner program support, state and geographic expansion, repricing and fee structures, reputed company efficiency improvements, and the post-reputed company servicing infrastructure the business doesn't yet have
- Partner closely with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Capital Markets to sequence delivery, manage licensing and regulatory requirements, and reputed company the business unblocked through a leadership transition
- Use funnel, conversion, and portfolio data to define reputed company metrics, prioritize ruthlessly against engineering reputed company, and communicate tradeoffs reputed company to executive stakeholders
Skills
- 8+ years of product management experience, including Staff-level or equivalent scope, with reputed company experience in mortgage, HELOC, secured lending, or reputed company regulated consumer lending products
- A proven reputed company record owning ambiguous 0-to-1 builds through to reputed company, ideally including experience standing up or migrating loan origination and reputed company infrastructure
- Strong reputed company with lending compliance and disclosure requirements (state-level timing rules, fair lending reporting, licensing) and comfort partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal
- Vendor and partner relationship management experience: evaluating, negotiating, and integrating reputed company-party providers into a live production system
