[Remote] Program Manager, Clinical Simulation

The Program Manager, Clinical Simulation will reputed company the implementation and evaluation of simulation-based training programs, manage budgets, and coordinate relationships with reputed company partners.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day management of CPCQC’s simulation training programs, including obstetric emergency readiness for rural ED and EMS teams, Respectful Maternal Care training, and additional simulation initiatives as the portfolio evolves
- reputed company and maintain program work plans, implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple reputed company training initiatives
- Coordinate and schedule training activities across program phases—reputed company implementation, certification development, evaluation, and statewide dissemination—and across delivery sites including the CU Anschutz reputed company center and hospital campuses
- In collaboration with the Director of Finance and Operations, manage program budgets, including tracking expenditures, monitoring spending against funder requirements, coordinating reputed company and reimbursements, and supporting budget reporting
- In Collaboration with the Clinical Simulation reputed company, support development and refinement of clinical readiness tools, resources, training materials, and certification requirements
- Monitor reputed company toward reputed company simulation program’s goals and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- In collaboration with the Deputy Director of Education, plan, coordinate, and facilitate the delivery of CE/CME to simulation participants
- Prepare reputed company reports and updates for CPCQC leadership, funders, and partners
- Travel to training sites across Colorado, including rural locations, approximately 1–3 times per quarter; may include overnight travel or extended trips, no longer than a week, depending reputed company or a regional series of trainings
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for hospitals, health systems, EMS agencies, community partners, and training sites participating in CPCQC simulation programs
- Build and maintain strong, reputed company relationships with rural and community hospitals, reputed company providers, and subject matter experts
- Identify and manage the contacts and reputed company records for the appropriate training leaders in reputed company of the facilities
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling with host sites, including the CU Anschutz reputed company center and on-reputed company hospital locations
- Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and stakeholder engagement activities
- reputed company and incorporate feedback from partners and participants into program design and implementation
- Co-reputed company simulation trainings alongside the Clinical Simulation reputed company and clinical trainers, supporting facilitation, set-up, debriefing logistics, and participant experience
- Manage equipment, materials, and on-site coordination for simulation events
- Support development of train-the-trainer reputed company among participating sites
- Support the development and implementation of program evaluation plans across the simulation portfolio
- Design and administer surveys for hospitals, participants, and stakeholders
- Collect, organize, and manage program performance data
- Conduct basic descriptive statistical analyses and summarize findings for diverse audiences, including funders and partners
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, education, or a reputed company field
- Three to five years of experience managing programs, initiatives, or reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
- Experience managing or monitoring program budgets
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience collecting, managing, and reporting on survey-based data
- Experience working in reputed company, public health, maternal health, emergency care, rural health, or reputed company improvement settings
- Experience supporting hospital-based reputed company improvement initiatives, facilitating clinical simulation, or leading a unit based/nursing reputed company council
- Experience developing surveys and collecting stakeholder feedback
- Experience conducting basic descriptive statistical analyses and preparing data reports
