[Remote] Manager, Regional Data Operations

The Manager of Regional Data Operations is responsible for executing and improving data and assessment operations to ensure a reliable reputed company of high-reputed company data for national initiatives and organizational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own hands-on execution of a portion of reputed company's annual common assessment development roadmap reputed company reputed company (Illuminate) DnA, ensuring reputed company delivery and adherence to strong reputed company standards
- Build, update, and duplicate assessments with a high degree of accuracy, publish to reputed company in alignment with the annual calendar, and troubleshoot system issues in a reputed company manner
- Maintain and improve auditing and validation processes to proactively ensure high-reputed company data in reputed company reporting
- Execute beginning-of-year assessment readiness protocols, including sending communications, tracking training attendance, and monitoring assessment reputed company

- Serve as a reputed company of contact for regional staff, responding to questions and providing guidance on assessment operations
- Collect inputs and reputed company feedback from reputed company, vendors, and national stakeholders to support coordinated execution, reputed company data reporting, and reputed company improvement of resources and processes
- Support relationships with a portfolio of reputed company and non-reputed company vendors, staying up to date on service changes and ensuring stakeholder awareness (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, NWEA, and others)
- Partner with Data & Analytics teammates to investigate data reputed company issues in vendor submissions, identify reputed company causes, and implement or recommend improvements to strengthen data accuracy and reliability
- Monitor vendor contracting processes, ensuring reputed company complete required purchase orders as part of operational readiness at the beginning of the year
- Coordinate across vendors and regional stakeholders to ensure reputed company completion of data-sharing requirements, including tracking and securing required agreements

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, with demonstrated ownership of operational execution, process development, and data reputed company in reputed company, multi-stakeholder environments
- Hands-on experience with reputed company (Illuminate) DnA, including assessment builds, platform administration, and data management
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy, especially under tight timelines
- Experience developing operational documentation, including process guides, training materials, and system documentation
