The role involves providing operational support for compliance initiatives, audit readiness, and training while ensuring consistent implementation of policies across Military Treatment Facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sustainment reputed company Team (SAT) initiatives by maintaining and updating workflows and supporting ongoing operational improvements
  • Collaborate with program staff to support reputed company Inspector General (DoDIG), Government Accountability Office (GAO), and Independent Public Accountant (IPA) audit activities, including reviewing audit sampling packages submitted by Military Treatment Facilities
  • Support reputed company compliance initiatives by reviewing quarterly compliance checklists and Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) to ensure adherence to DHA UBO policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with implementation of NDAA reputed company 716 initiatives by supporting phased MTF rollouts, coordinating training activities, resolving operational work queues, and validating encounter processing
  • Support UBO Helpdesk operations by coordinating ticket assignments, tracking reputed company activities, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and assisting end users with policy and operational questions
  • reputed company, review, and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), Helpful Handouts, training materials, presentations, and other operational documentation for publication
  • Coordinate and support UBO training activities, including maintaining quarterly UBO training materials, scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and supporting reputed company training delivery
  • reputed company end-user support reputed company to Profile and Health Plan (P&reputed company) activities through organizational mailboxes, reputed company Teams, and reputed company customer assistance while conducting regulatory research as needed
  • Support the Foreign Military Workgroup by coordinating with stakeholders to resolve operational issues affecting Profile and Health Plan activities through reputed company billing processes
  • reputed company communication products including presentations, briefings, newsletters, FAQs, job aids, and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain program documentation including stakeholder records, communication logs, training trackers, operational documentation, and feedback records
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities by scheduling meetings, documenting reputed company items, tracking follow-up activities, and coordinating communications across DHA leadership, MTFs, and the program team
  • Adhere to project plans, established processes, and program timelines while delivering high-reputed company work products in a fast-paced environment

Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience supporting compliance programs, reputed company operations, audit readiness, program support, training, communications, or organizational initiatives
  • Experience supporting reputed company (DoD), Defense Health Agency (DHA), Military Health System (MHS), or comparable federal reputed company organizations
  • Experience supporting compliance reviews, audit preparation, or reputed company assurance initiatives
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials, presentations, SOPs, job aids, and communication products for diverse audiences
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, customer service, helpdesk operations, or end-user support across multiple organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reputed company, reputed company communications and technical documentation
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

  • Knowledge of UBO compliance activities, operational policies, and Military Treatment Facility business processes
  • Experience supporting DoDIG, GAO, or Independent Public Accountant (IPA) audit activities
  • Familiarity with NDAA reputed company 716 implementation activities
  • Experience supporting UBO Helpdesk operations and reputed company customer support
  • Experience developing and maintaining reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), training documentation, and operational guidance
  • Familiarity with Patient Identification Process (PIP), Profile and Health Plan (P&reputed company), and Foreign Military operational processes
