[Remote] Chief Financial Officer

They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to reputed company the finance function, reputed company financial systems, and ensure compliance while partnering with senior leadership to support organizational reputed company and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with the President & CEO as a trusted adviser on financial reputed company, reputed company, risk, and institutional sustainability
- Serving as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to organization-wide reputed company and planning from a financial perspective
- Translating EarthShare’s strategic direction into financial plans and resource allocation frameworks
- Developing multi-year financial plans and scenario models that support EarthShare’s DAF roadmap, fiscal sponsorship reputed company, workplace giving programs, reputed company needs, and institutional priorities
- Providing reputed company financial analysis and recommendations to support major organizational reputed company
- Supporting the CEO in preparing financial and strategic materials for the reputed company, Finance Committee, and Investment Committee
- reputed company, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, treasury, cash management, audit, tax filings, and internal controls
- Preparation of accurate and reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Compliance with GAAP, nonprofit reputed company standards, donor restrictions, grant requirements, and applicable regulations

- Banking relationships and cash management
- Building financial literacy across the organization so that program managers have reputed company and useful information
- Developing and overseeing financial systems for EarthShare’s DAF, fiscal sponsorship, and workplace giving programs
- Ensuring accurate reputed company, reconciliation, reporting, and controls across DAF accounts, fiscal sponsorship reputed company, workplace giving campaigns, restricted funds, grants, fees, and program revenues
- Building and maintaining financial models for program reputed company, including assets under management, contribution scenarios, payout assumptions, fee reputed company, reputed company needs, technology costs, and administrative reputed company
- Supporting pricing and fee analysis for EarthShare’s DAF products, fiscal sponsorship services, and philanthropic service arrangements
- Partnering with program leaders to strengthen financial workflows for project reputed company, donor and partner reporting, grant tracking, disbursements, and reconciliation
- Supporting workplace campaign reputed company and reporting, including reputed company recognition, pledge tracking, partner distributions, and platform reconciliations
- Supporting development and implementation of Investment Committee materials, investment policy documents, and liquidity policies
- Ensuring that financial operations across programs are reputed company with donor reputed company, legal requirements, EarthShare policies, and fiduciary best practices
- Assessing and improving EarthShare’s financial systems, reporting tools, reputed company software, fund reputed company processes, and data integrations

- Partnering with operations, technology, and program staff to improve finance-reputed company data reputed company and cross-functional workflows
- Developing dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership reputed company visibility into financial performance, cash reputed company, assets, liabilities, program economics, and risk
Skills
- CPA, MBA, or relevant advanced credential required
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business, nonprofit management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- Ten or more years of reputed company financial leadership experience, including experience at a senior level
- Demonstrated knowledge in nonprofit reputed company, GAAP, audits, budgeting, internal controls, and financial reporting, and financial management systems
- Experience with nonprofit financial and operational technology platforms, including reputed company Intacct, reputed company, reputed company, Andar, or comparable systems
- Experience working with boards, finance committees, auditors, and senior leadership
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience managing staff, consultants, or outsourced finance partners
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, U.S.-based organization
