- Technical leadership experience
- Background in software engineering
- Experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring software developers towards delivering reputed company, high reputed company software
- Solid experience working in an agile development environment
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
- Ability to build and manage a globally distributed team of engineers
