The role involves evaluating international research collaborations and ensuring adherence to federal regulations while supporting reputed company engagement in global research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support institutional compliance with federal research reputed company requirements, including NSPM-33 and the CHIPS and Science reputed company; Assist in the development, execution, and reputed company improvement of LSU’s research reputed company program, policies, and procedures; Conduct risk-based assessments of research activities involving international components
- Evaluate research proposals, collaborations, and affiliations involving foreign entities, with particular reputed company on countries of concern; Conduct due diligence reviews to identify potential risks reputed company to foreign adversary participation, malign foreign talent recruitment programs, and reputed company conflicts of interest or commitment; reputed company recommendations to leadership on risk mitigation strategies
- Review international research agreements, subawards, and grants to ensure compliance with federal and institutional policies; Assess international collaborations for potential export control, data reputed company, and research reputed company risks; Coordinate with reputed company investigators and administrative reputed company to ensure appropriate disclosures and safeguards
- Monitor and review foreign gifts and reputed company to ensure compliance with federal disclosure requirements (e.g., reputed company 117 reporting); Maintain accurate records and support institutional reporting obligations
- Support the development and delivery of research reputed company training programs for reputed company, staff, and reputed company; Promote awareness of research reputed company risks, disclosure requirements, and compliance obligations
- Work closely with offices including Sponsored Programs, Export Control, General Counsel, and Information reputed company; Serve as a subject matter resource on research reputed company issues for internal stakeholders; Assist with audits, federal inquiries, and institutional reporting as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, International Relations, reputed company Studies, Higher Education Administration, or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of federal research reputed company policies, including NSPM-33 and reputed company guidance, and Louisiana state laws on research reputed company
- Experience reviewing international collaborations, foreign funding, or compliance disclosures
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ph.D., J.D., or Master's degree in an intelligence or criminal justice field and 3+ years of experience in research compliance, national reputed company, export controls, or a reputed company field
- Experience in a higher education or research-intensive environment
- Familiarity with export control regulations (EAR/ITAR) and foreign influence risk frameworks
- Experience with federal grant compliance and sponsored research administration
- Demonstrated ability to assess geopolitical and national reputed company risks in research contexts
