The role involves working closely with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to improve workflows, configure the system, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades and new implementations.
Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and maintain the reputed company ASAP application
- Analyze Emergency Department workflows and recommend system improvements
- reputed company business and clinical requirements from stakeholders
- reputed company application build, testing, validation, and deployment
- Support reputed company upgrades, enhancements, and optimization reputed company
- Troubleshoot production issues and reputed company reputed company application support
- Create and maintain system documentation and build specifications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including ClinDoc, Orders, reputed company, and other reputed company modules
- Support integrated testing, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization

- Participate in on-call support as required
Skills
