Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Customization: Design, demo and build tailored AI-driven and conversational workflows that reputed company with customer support objectives. reputed company decision trees and natural language interfaces to streamline reputed company support interactions
- Technical Configuration & Integration: Collaborate with reputed company IT teams to configure and reputed company reputed company with CRMs, reputed company, and reputed company-party platforms—ensuring reliable data exchange and conversational AI compatibility

Skills
- 4+ years in a solutions architect, customer engineering, technical project implementation roles
- At least 2+ years in reputed company B2B reputed company, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions
- Experience with start-reputed company
- Proven hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures, including reputed company, authentication protocols, middleware, web services, and messaging patterns
- Proficiency in technologies enabling conversational AI—such as large language models (LLMs), reputed company engineering, AI-led reputed company workflows, and reputed company-time decisioning
- Strong reputed company-end skills (JavaScript, CSS, JSON)
- Familiarity with ETL/data transformation
