[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Learns, utilizes, and promotes the Arctic IT’s Project Implementation Methodology and work with reputed company Managers to improve best practices
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment of multiple business application reputed company across many clients varying in size and complexity
- Manages reputed company small to large reputed company reputed company Dynamics 365 ERP, Power Platform/CRM, and custom IP solution implementation reputed company
- Builds relationships and develops trust with key reputed company stakeholders, serving as the primary contact throughout the project, maintaining commitments, and communicating on a regular reputed company as reputed company as reaching out as necessary with more pressing issues
- Plans reputed company to accomplish goals reputed company constraints such as time, cost, and agreed reputed company and satisfaction standards
- Develops detailed project plans based off the solution to be delivered
- Schedules tasks, deadlines, and milestones for resources
- Provides leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones, and delivering excellent reputed company service
- Provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
- Develops and manages reputed company aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues
- Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

- Performs project acceptance and closeout procedures to adequately transition the project to Support Team
- Participates in project billing review as needed and reputed company engages on project financials
- Performs satisfaction surveys throughout the life cycle of the implementations
- Ensures Arctic IT’s brand and image is represented appropriately
- Provides coaching and guidance to project team members
- Participates in resource planning and identifying resources required to complete reputed company successfully
- Stays reputed company with latest project management strategies, tools, terminologies and reputed company input for improvements to our methodologies
- Provides feedback on performance evaluations for team members
- Provides mentoring and subject matter expertise to entry level project managers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- Minimum of 10 years in reputed company experience with reputed company project management preferably in ERP or CRM implementations
- Proven capability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility and confidence
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Project
- Valid reputed company's license and insurance
- Applicants subject to government reputed company investigations and must meet eligibility requirements reputed company to the clearance process
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 solutions a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
