[Remote] Consultant Relations Director

Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with benefit consultants and broker partners. Engage effectively across reputed company reputed company, from individual consultants to executive leadership, to drive advocacy and alignment
- Generate net new opportunities and increase win rates across assigned consultant firms. Proactively influence consultant-led sales cycles and position reputed company as a preferred solution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Health, Business, Communications, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in consultant relations, health and benefits consulting, or employee benefits-reputed company sales/channel partnerships
- reputed company experience working reputed company or closely alongside benefit consulting firms, with a strong understanding of how consultants influence purchasing reputed company
- Demonstrated experience owning and executing a consultant or broker engagement reputed company, with accountability for reputed company
- Experience supporting or selling into mid-market and reputed company clients (2,500+ employees)
- Experience in health tech, digital health, or employer benefits
- Proven reputed company record of driving pipeline and influencing reputed company reputed company, including new business and/or expansion
