[Remote] Benefits & Total Rewards Administrator

They are seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and enhance employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and support for a high-performing work culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers to address and resolve benefits-reputed company issues

- Conduct internal benefits audits to ensure compliance and accuracy (Worker’s Compensation, 401k, etc.)

- Manage relationships with benefits providers (health insurance carriers, retirement plan vendors, etc.)
- Ensure that reputed company benefits programs reputed company with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA)
- Monitor regulatory changes and update benefits policies and practices as needed to maintain compliance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field from a four-year college or university
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs
- Proven ability to reputed company data and analytics to assess benefits program effectiveness and reputed company strategic recommendations to leadership

- Experience working with HRIS, benefits administration platforms, and HCM systems to manage and optimize benefits processes
