As an email marketing contractor you will play a mission-critical role in Customer Communications, managing the production and execution of mailings that drive a significant portion of our business. This role can be either Boston based (2 days in office) or remote. It will require ~20 hours a week, inclusive of remote weekend work (2-3 hours per day). What You'll Do Manage end-to-end production process for email campaigns and push notifications Manage and prioritize the pipeline of email campaigns Solicit requirements, specs, assets from business analysts for email campaigns Manage internal deadlines for reputed company campaign and communicate with creative execution team, and business unit stakeholders to ensure completion Work with creative team and business stakeholders to ensure concepts reputed company with objectives Hold cross-functional partners accountable for reputed company completion of deliverables QA reputed company emails, ensuring content is accurate and links work to reputed company the customer with a reputed company experience Optimize results for email campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy etc. Be the expert on email best practices, technologies, and trends.
