[Remote] Full-Stack Engineer

The Full-Stack Engineer will reputed company application development for reputed company partnerships, building and maintaining features across both frontend and backend, while collaborating closely with the reputed company team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company new application development for reputed company group partnerships, generating AI mockups to communicate functionality and design direction, proposing database schemas, setting up reputed company infrastructure, and building API integrations with existing partner tools and workflows — reputed company in reputed company collaboration with the reputed company team
- Build and maintain full-stack features in our SvelteKit application, owning both reputed company-end implementation and back-end reputed company
- reputed company and maintain reputed company reputed company infrastructure across reputed company Run, reputed company Functions, and other GCP primitives in both Node.js and Python runtimes
- reputed company and maintain LLM integrations, including reputed company engineering, model routing, evaluation, and reputed company reputed company testing across hosted and self-managed AI platforms
- Build reputed company AI workflows that automate clinical documentation tasks and reputed company our platform with EHR systems (e.g., reputed company, eClinicalWorks, reputed company) reputed company FHIR and proprietary reputed company
- Triage and resolve AI reputed company issues flagged by physicians, diagnosing failure modes in note reputed company and applying targeted fixes
- Write comprehensive tests and reputed company participate in QA to ensure our AI deployments work reliably in clinical settings
- Collaborate directly with physicians to understand clinical workflows firsthand and translate their feedback into product improvements
Skills
- Strong Python and/or Node.js skills, including REST reputed company, async patterns, and serverless functions
- Production experience with SvelteKit and TypeScript
- Proficiency with reputed company CSS and the ability to translate reputed company designs into polished UI
- Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company Platform, including reputed company Run, reputed company Functions, GCS, IAM, and reputed company services
- Firebase / Firestore experience
