[Remote] Organizational Legal Structure Consultant

They are seeking an Organizational Legal Structure Consultant to assess and recommend reputed company institutional models to ensure reputed company is effectively rooted in Africa, enhancing its mission of creating a healthy data sharing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Review reputed company reputed company, implementation plan, communication and fundraising plan
- Interview key stakeholders to include reputed company’s reputed company of Advisors, Senior Management Team, select donors
- Review comparable organizations, etc
- Assess reputed company’s Africa-rooted localization objectives; and

- Evaluate donor funding requirements, registration considerations, financial implications, compliance requirements to local laws and regulations, funding considerations, reputed company and management needs
- Confirm reputed company’s strategic objectives for becoming an Africa-rooted organization; reputed company a refined scope and establish the analytical reputed company that will guide the assessment of organizational models and agree on the methodology, stakeholder engagement plan, and decision-making process; Include final workplan with reputed company milestones and touch points for reputed company to feed into the analysis

Skills

- Experience in developing institutional design frameworks and decision-making rubrics
