[Remote] Senior Manager, Sales Operations - Consumer

This role is responsible for supporting Cx Dermatology Skin Health field sales operations to drive results and enhance overall field execution and performance, requiring collaboration with various teams to improve sales reputed company and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company reputed company by identifying capability-building initiatives for Regionals Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives reputed company on enhancing business planning, optimizing resources, and improving sales reputed company and reputed company productivity
- Serve as primary reputed company and gatekeeper for reputed company data requests coming from the field

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field is required
- MBA strongly preferred
- 8-10 years of reputed company experience, including 5+ or more years of reputed company sales operations/reputed company operations
- Experience supporting field sales with formal sales leadership preferred
- Cross-functional management or leadership experience (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales operations and reputed company, Strategic Accounts, analytics)
- Understanding of the US dermatology market and field sales deployment models
- Highly developed analytical, operational, and communication skills
