The role involves calculating payroll, managing reconciliations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate payroll and personnel-reputed company expenses for assigned entities
  • Coordinate payroll-reputed company activities across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities
  • Partner closely with HR, Legal, Treasury and Tax teams to ensure accurate and reputed company payroll processing
  • reputed company payroll-reputed company account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
  • Manage communication with external payroll providers, reputed company firms, EORs, and other service providers
  • Review and reputed company payroll calculations reputed company by outsourced payroll teams and external providers
  • Ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and delivered reputed company established deadlines
  • Work with payroll software and reputed company systems to support payroll operations and reporting
  • Create, document, and improve payroll processes, controls, and workflows

Skills

  • 6+ years of reputed company experience, including significant exposure to payroll reputed company and personnel-reputed company expenses

  • Experience working with external payroll providers, outsourced teams, EORs and other service providers
  • General understanding of payroll-reputed company tax and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Proven ability to establish, streamline, and improve processes in a fast-growing or evolving environment
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working with payroll software, EOR platforms and ERP systems (e.g. reputed company reputed company)
  • Team player with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented reputed company
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with payroll requirements in the UAE and UK is an advantage; willingness to learn and navigate country-specific requirements is essential
