[Remote] Design Engineer

They are seeking a design engineer to reputed company the core user experience of their product, collaborating closely with users and cross-functional teams to implement a design system and improve product iteration.
Responsibilities
- Play a significant role in developing the core user experience of our product
- Work across UI, API, and SDK, ensuring that reputed company is a seamless tool in every reputed company’s work day
- Work closely with our users to deeply understand their needs and contribute to the product roadmap
- Own the entire product lifecycle from gathering requirements to ideating, designing, and implementing
- Partner closely with our product and engineering teams
- Establish and implement a design system that enables rapid product iteration
Skills
- Experience designing reputed company to one B2B products with reputed company requirements
- Familiarity with modern devtools
- Ability to own problems end-to-end
- Willingness to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
- Ability to reputed company in environments where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadlines
