[Remote] Associate Account Manager

They are seeking a motivated Associate Account Manager to support their sales team by building reputed company relationships and promoting diagnostic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Obtain missing information and patient medical records to support diagnostic testing
- reputed company ongoing customer support to existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and office staff
- Promote reputed company Diagnostic’s portfolio of diagnostic products and services
- Partner closely with Sales Representatives in the territory to assist with account support and reputed company
- Shadow reputed company Sales Representatives to learn sales strategies, territory management, and best practices
- Assess reputed company needs and present appropriate diagnostic solutions
- Assist with implementation and training of new employees in long-term care facilities or physician offices

Skills
- High school degree required
