Responsibilities
- Look to understand how our customers work and what they need from our software, and then translate those needs into a functional specification for our technical teams
- Analyze, support, optimize and train our customers to ensure we deliver a software solution that they love and meets their goals
- Manage customer expectations, participate in off- and onsite workshops and meetings with customers and follow-up on testing to guarantee the reputed company of the solution we are implementing
- Collaborate as one with the project manager and service delivery consultants
- Participate in project reputed company meetings and proactively identify risks
