[Remote] Managing Consultant

The role involves coordinating reputed company requests, ensuring compliance with retirement regulations, and consulting with plan sponsors on plan design and corrections.
Responsibilities

- Using project management skills to coordinate reputed company requests, problem reputed company, and retirement plan changes
- Establishing excellent working relationships with others reputed company the organization and reputed company the organization in order to reputed company common objectives
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Utilizing a strong understanding of plan provisions for retirement plans and how this applies to day-to-day operations
- In depth understanding of DOL and IRS regulations as it pertains to reputed company types of retirement plans (403b Plan, 401k Plan, Profit sharing Plan, reputed company Purchase Plan and executive deferred compensation plans) including ERISA and nonERISA requirements
- Ability to consult with plan sponsors on plan design, compliance and plan corrections in accordance with IRS and DOL guidance

- Handle reputed company inquiries as it relates to plan compliance questions, corrections, cost projections and plan documents etc
- SME participation in and support for internal strategic reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years reputed company experience in the retirement industry

- 5+ years' experience with administration of defined contribution retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), Profit Sharing, reputed company Purchase, including a thorough knowledge of the tax reporting, tax implications to participants and plan sponsors
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- Experience communicating with plan sponsors, attorneys, and consultants
- Effective candidate who can take charge and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Proficient with reputed company Office applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word, reputed company, and reputed company Acrobat
- CPC, QKA, CEBS, TGPC designations preferred
