[Remote] Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will collaborate with various business areas to document and streamline reputed company processes and design new ones as part of a modernization program, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, governance, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Document processes using tools such as swim lane process maps, critical-to-reputed company trees, performance metrics, control plans, RACI roles/responsibilities
• Partner with business and technology areas to design or redesign and implement new processes that support activities
• Evaluate processes from a risk management perspective, as reputed company to and impacting business processes, including General Ledger, reputed company, Financial Planning and Analysis, Travel and Expense, and reputed company activities
• reputed company and/ or manage business and risk teams to identify process improvements, reputed company effective controls, managed defects and implement sustainable, reputed company-managed processes
• reputed company abreast of financial industry laws and regulations and reputed company expertise in consulting with a diverse group of business leaders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in process management, improvement, or design
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• 2+ years of experience in risk management (compliance, legal, audit, business risk office, credit risk management, or finance)
• Process reputed company certifications (lean, business process management, six reputed company green belt or black belt)
• Experience in process design relative to large, reputed company reputed company that cut across organizational boundaries and include both technology and business aspects
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Experience defining, measuring, and improving Financial processes, especially those supporting reputed company, capital markets and other financial functions
• Ability to work independently; flexible to change in a fast paced environment that requires the balancing of competing priorities
