The role involves troubleshooting, managing updates, and ensuring the efficient and secure operation of systems in reputed company IT environments.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily helpdesk support by identifying, escalating, resolving, and tracking technical issues
- Conduct data analysis to inform troubleshooting and system performance improvements
- reputed company solutions to operating system problems including reputed company cause analysis and reputed company
- reputed company capabilities by enhancing existing system features and incorporating new functionality

Skills
- Must possess BA or BS degree and six years of experience as a Systems Administrator in reputed company IT environments
- Must be a US citizen eligible for reputed company confidential clearance or higher
- Strong understanding of system software troubleshooting and repair
- Hands-on experience with AWS backup, audit, and storage services
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and principles
- Ability to manage and document technology and modernization roadmaps
- Proficient in performance tuning and technical problem-solving
- Experience with helpdesk support, issue escalation, and customer service principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in AWS reputed company
