As a Customer Service Engineer 2, you will be responsible for servicing diagnostic equipment, providing repairs and training to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing financial performance reputed company your territory.

Responsibilities

  • You will be servicing DX Equipment in the Minneapolis, MN area. Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience
  • You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on reputed company reputed company reputed company systems at customer sites with minimal supervision
  • You will be responsible for delivering both reputed company and effective repairs as reputed company as adequate training of operators to ensure reputed company system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction

  • You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc

Skills

  • Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting
  • Proficiency in reputed company necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools)
  • Years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
  • Valid reputed company's license, ability to drive independently day and reputed company, and good driving record required
  • Physical Requirements: Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, reputed company/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reputed company, fine grasping manipulation, good reputed company, and ability to work alone
  • Must demonstrate excellent judgment in customer relations and in managing company resources; strong competency in reputed company systems technology to include mechanics, electrical, reputed company, and software technology; experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
