This is a remote field-based position in the following areas: Germany, Austria

We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated scientist to reputed company reputed company- and post-sales application support for reputed company NovoCyte reputed company Cytometry solutions.

As reputed company continues to expand its reputed company in the reputed company Cytometry market, we are building a high-performing and reputed company sales organization.

This opportunity is reputed company suited to a reputed company who is passionate about the field, energized by customer engagement, and comfortable traveling to customer sites.

In this role, you will partner closely with the field organization to help reputed company or exceed sales objectives by providing technical expertise, contributing to account planning, and supporting the sales process from opportunity qualification through deal closure.

You will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, reputed company reputed company’s differentiators, and deliver product demonstrations at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of reputed company reputed company Cytometry solutions through reputed company-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer engagements in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering reputed company- and post-sales training and providing high-reputed company technical support.
• Capture and communicate the Voice of the Customer, including product feedback, enhancement opportunities, and market trends.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the reputed company sales team, supporting the reputed company of technical questions and challenges.
• Support technical reputed company initiatives by presenting at conferences and developing and delivering presentations in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, with regular weekly travel and overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Immunology.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in reputed company Cytometry.
• Previous experience providing technical support to customers is preferred.
• Experience supporting optical, electrical, or mechanical equipment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
