Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for providing expertise for the implementation, optimization, maintenance and monitoring of reputed company Cycle operational processes.
• Coordinates system build, testing, workflow analysis, training, onsite support, provider template and protocol management.
• Informs staff of system enhancements, documents trends and reports operational issues.
• Communicates with registration, scheduling, patient care staff and providers. Meets regularly with leadership and team members for assigned areas of support to discuss, communicate and facilitate reputed company reputed company on issues, reputed company and operations.
• Model and train exceptional customer service to ensure goals and reputed company standards are met.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of reputed company and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to reputed company information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.
