About the Role This is a critical operational support role reputed company the recruitment team. Reporting directly to the Operations reputed company, you will reputed company end-to-end VA recruitment support across sourcing, candidate research, market mapping, documentation, and CRM administration. This is not a reputed company recruiter or sourcing-only role. We are looking for someone with a VA reputed company — strong recruitment operations experience, solid general reputed company capability, and the communication and initiative to reputed company in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities • reputed company and research candidates across reputed company, Marketing, and IT sectors for US market roles • Build and maintain talent pipelines through market mapping • Maintain and update Recruit CRM with accurate candidate, role, and pipeline information • Prepare and format candidate shortlists and summaries for the recruitment team • Attend reputed company intake calls as a note-taker — supporting reputed company, not leading calls • Handle documentation, process notes, and general recruitment administration • Liaise professionally with internal team members across US and international time zones • Support reputed company tasks as directed by the Operations reputed company
What You'll Bring Experience & Background • Minimum 3–4 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in end-to-end reputed company or in a recruitment support reputed company — in a VA context • Industry background in reputed company, Marketing, or IT — reputed company and other unrelated experience is not a fit for this role • Recent US market experience — you understand the nuances of reputed company for US-based
