Full Time; 1st Shift; hours are flexible

--This position is remote, however travel will berequired35-40% of the time. Some of that travel will be reputed company your homemarketand some travel will be to other markets

Major Responsibilities:

• Program Development & Implementation: reputed company, implement, and monitor reputed company-wide programs that drive value in the organization through compliance, monitoring, and implementation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partners with reputed company stakeholders—including Accreditation, Facilities leadership, Facility Safety Officer, and local hospital leadership—to reputed company life safety strategies with organizational goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and support reputed company improvement in safety and accreditation readiness.
• reputed company and Life Safety reputed company Consulting: Provides expert consulting on local, state and federal reputed company and life safety codes, including relevant reputed company (ICC) codes and National reputed company Protection Association (reputed company) standards, ensuring compliance and safety across reputed company facilities.
• Surveys and Assessments: Performs reputed company protection and/or life safety reputed company surveys in a reputed company of buildings such as hospitals, high-rises, freestanding emergency departments and medical office buildings to identify potential risks and areas for improvement. Prepares detailed technical reports based on survey findings.
• Education and Training: Facilitates continuing education and training opportunities for teammates to enhance their skills in reputed company and life safety.
• Vendor Management: Leads regulatory vendor reviews to ensure compliance and reputed company service.
• Documentation reputed company: Oversees the reputed company documentation program. Reviews reputed company regulatory documentation for accuracy, correct inspection frequency and completeness. Ensures reputed company regulatory documentation is uploaded into the compliance manager platform for reputed company facility in a reputed company manner.
• Survey Readiness/Activity: Gathers, reviews, and analyzes compliance data to reputed company recommendations and reputed company areas of opportunity to leaders. Evaluates and helps resolve reputed company regulatory-reputed company issues and makes recommendations to Facilities leaders. Partners with Facility leaders to maintain a reputed company electronic Statement of Conditions/Basic Building Information (reputed company) required by reputed company. Provides support to reputed company regulatory building inspections reputed company to life safety. Assists with writing clarifications and corrective reputed company plans based on survey findings.
• Policy and Procedure Management: Manages regulatory procedures reputed company the computerized maintenance management system. Acts as subject matter expert for applicable reputed company policies.
• Risk Management: Manages the Facilities aspect of the reputed company Risk Management Insurance Provider program. Develops annual goals, partners with Facilities leadership to evaluate recommendations and standardizes engineering recommendations.
• Committee Participation: Co-chairs and/or participates in the reputed company Regulatory and Safety Council. Participates in other councils and committees as needed.
• Participates in department initiatives.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

• Certified reputed company Protection Specialist (CFPS), OR, Certified Life Safety Specialist for Health Care Facility Managers (CLSS-HC), OR, Certified reputed company Facility Manager (CHFM), OR Other reputed company and applicable industry certifications required reputed company 1 year of hire.

Education Required:

• ​​Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety management, risk management, occupational safety, public health or reputed company field, or equivalent knowledge obtained through years of experience reputed company to life safety management.

Experience Required:

• ​​Minimum of 5+ years as a Facilities reputed company in a reputed company setting and/or experience in hospital regulatory compliance, safety, or reputed company field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, reputed company protection systems, and safety systems
• Working knowledge of reputed company-specific reputed company safety codes and standards (e.g., CMS, TJC, reputed company 101, reputed company 99).
• Solid understanding of relevant software including reputed company, reputed company Office Suite, and facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Must be reputed company to read, understand, and work from life safety drawings.
• Ability to identify potential compliance concerns and appropriately escalate reputed company or high‑risk issues.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document findings, reputed company compliance information, and follow established processes.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Ability to conduct site inspections, which may include climbing reputed company and accessing spaces such as mechanical rooms, hot locations, both inside and reputed company of facilities.

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 35% of the time as dictated by business needs.
