As a CRO Specialist, you will own the day-to-day execution of our web experimentation program - and to be the analytical reputed company that powers it. What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Behavioral Research & reputed company

• Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, reputed company, and GA4 to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and conversion opportunities across the site
• Document behavioral findings and translate them into reputed company, prioritized observations that inform test reputed company, UX improvements, and design reputed company

Test Ideation & Hypothesis Development

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2-4 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, UX research, or web analytics
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing A/B tests in an experimentation platform (reputed company Optimize, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools (reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent) and comfort with heatmaps and session recordings
• Working knowledge of GA4 for funnel analysis and performance tracking
