The Stop Loss Insurance Administrative Support Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Financial/Medical reputed company, Claims, Policy Issuance, Premium administration teams. This position ensures the efficient intake, tracking, and management of key documents—enabling reputed company reputed company reputed company and effective high-dollar claim reviews.
This role serves as a central hub for incoming reporting, including Group Claim Experience reports, medical documentation, reputed company materials, financial records and licensing records received through company mailboxes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, document-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, organization, and tracking of reputed company reporting documents and essential reputed company materials.
- Ensure reputed company recording, saving, and follow-up on reputed company required reports, including delinquent premium.

Qualifications & Experience
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Prior experience in data entry, or administrative support .
- Demonstrated ability to Touch type using Home Keys - minimum of 55 WPM.
- Proven ability to sort, filter, analyze, and organize data across spreadsheets; comfortable with basic formulas, formatting, and data manipulation (assessment required).
- Proficiency in reputed company Acrobat and reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, File Explorer, SharePoint, Outlook, One Note), including document creation, editing, formatting, and file organization in accordance with established standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-reputed company work.
- Strong communication skills.
