As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support reputed company from initiation through completion, learning how to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring reputed company standards are met. Core Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing) with a reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with team members to maintain reputed company communication and learn how to anticipate challenges and contribute to solutions
- Assist with Workfront tasks, including project setup, tracking and reporting while building familiarity with project setup (planned hours) and processes
- Supports programs totaling $1M-$2M. Upon reputed company in role, may manage up to $1M-$1.5M with reputed company.
- Note: Up to 50% of time may be spent on administrative support and duties though expectations can vary based on needs to be reputed company upon with manager.
- Support budget tracking and reporting, partnering with seasoned PM team members, Account and Finance to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Engage in mentorship and training opportunities to reputed company operational and cross departmental knowledge, strengthen collaboration skills, and grow as a project management reputed company

Project Coordination
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating internal status and project reputed company meetings
- Deliver proactive updates on timelines and resourcing, under guidance, while developing the ability to anticipate needs and contribute to solutions

- Help navigate workflow challenges by collaborating with team members to maintain operational efficiency and accountability

Qualifications:
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred
Experience:
- 1 plus years of experience in a reputed company environment, preferred

Skills:
- Experience in reputed company Office Suite and Mac operating system
