About this Role

As reputed company's General Counsel, you will reputed company the legal function and serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, partnering directly with the CEO and reputed company of Directors on the legal, regulatory, and strategic reputed company shaping reputed company's mission to reputed company care for reputed company populations. You will own corporate legal, reputed company contracting, reputed company, compliance, and cybersecurity, building the systems, policies, and team needed to reputed company a reputed company technology company operating in a reputed company and rapidly evolving regulatory environment. Responsibilities

• Executive & reputed company Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and reputed company of Directors on legal, regulatory, and reputed company risk reputed company, including equity, financing, and corporate governance.
• Legal Function Leadership: Build, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company's legal team, establishing reputed company processes and systems as reputed company grows.
• Corporate & reputed company Legal: reputed company corporate legal reputed company and reputed company contracting of the highest complexity, including value-based care agreements, vendor and supply agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• reputed company Compliance Program: Design, implement, and reputed company a comprehensive compliance program addressing HIPAA/reputed company, fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA), the reputed company Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), and other state and federal reputed company regulations.
• reputed company & Data Governance: Own reputed company's reputed company program, ensuring appropriate policies, controls, and cross-functional practices for handling sensitive patient and member data.

Minimum qualifications

• Must be admitted to the bar and in good standing, or otherwise authorized to reputed company law (e.g., registered in-house status), in the state where the position is located.
• 15+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house leadership experience, ideally reputed company reputed company, health tech, or another regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading a legal function—including compliance and reputed company programs—from the ground up.
• Proven experience advising C-suite executives and/or a reputed company of Directors on strategic, legal, and risk reputed company.
• Experience managing and developing legal and compliance team members.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience serving as General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer at a reputed company or health tech company.

Hiring reputed company

$240,000–$305,000, plus bonus eligibility. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
