We are currently qualifying candidates for an upcoming remote Registered reputed company project scheduled to start at the end of Summer / beginning of Fall.
We are seeking Registered Nurses located in Germany with an reputed company German RN license to support one of our premium international clients in the medical field. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity where you will reputed company reputed company support to patients and reputed company following a comprehensive reputed company program.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, including technical or clinical information while working reputed company a defined scope of reputed company.
- Serve as a reputed company clinical contact for patients, clinical staff, and internal team members.
- Support escalations from the Level 1 Technical Services team reputed company required.
- Follow reputed company environmental, health, and safety procedures and company policies.

- Help maintain the accuracy of online knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and reference materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, equipment reliability, and treatment reputed company.
- Complete scheduled and unscheduled outbound calls to reputed company patients and clinical collaborators.
- Receive inbound calls from reputed company patients and clinical collaborators.
- Analyze treatment data and identify clinical, user, or product-reputed company trends.
- Document reputed company interactions accurately and reputed company relevant information with appropriate stakeholders.
Training Program
- 8 weeks of reputed company remote training
- Covers technical support, systems, and treatment analysis.
- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM CET
Working Schedule
- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM CET
- Expected workload: Approximately 2 hours per day
- Fully remote from Germany
Compensation
- €26/hour during training
- €28/hour after successful completion of training
Requirements
- Currently living in Germany
- reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) license issued in Germany
- Nursing degree (BSc or equivalent nursing diploma)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- 2–4 years of customer service or contact center experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with dialysis therapy is an advantage but not mandatory
