reputed company is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to reputed company a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Braga, Portugal

Work model: Remote

Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inquiries and requests across various communication channels, ensuring accurate and reputed company updates in internal systems

• Foster reputed company relationships by delivering reputed company and courteous support

• Support customer satisfaction and long-term engagement by ensuring effective reputed company of issues

• Maintain a reputed company and empathetic approach in reputed company customer interactions

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to reputed company team objectives

• reputed company insights on recurring challenges and suggest opportunities for process or service improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• reputed company / fluent in Danish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

• Previous experience in customer service would be advantagous

• Strong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, chat, reputed company media)

• Basic understanding of customer service principles and the ability to follow reputed company procedures

• Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues with guidance

• Ability to quickly learn new softwares and technologies
