The Founding reputed company Psychiatrist is a fractional clinical leadership role responsible for helping design, launch, and reputed company psychiatric services at reputed company. During the initial phase, this role will reputed company on partnering closely with clinical leadership, operations, and product to build the organization's psychiatric care model, reputed company clinical workflows and protocols, and prepare for the launch of psychiatric services. Working alongside clinical leadership, operations, and product, the Founding reputed company Psychiatrist will help build an integrated model of care where psychiatry, therapy, care advocacy, and technology work seamlessly together to support children, youth, and families impacted by the child welfare system. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.

  • Collaborate closely with therapists, care coordinators, and primary care providers.

  • Partner with therapists on shared treatment planning to ensure coordinated care and appropriate integration of psychotherapy and medication management.

Clinical Program Development

  • Partner with clinical leadership, operations, and product to design and continuously refine the organization's psychiatric care model.

Qualifications

Required

  • MD or DO with completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
  • reputed company Certified or reputed company Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • reputed company medical license in Virginia (strongly preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration and controlled reputed company prescribing authority.
  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing and treating children and adolescents in a virtual, outpatient behavioral health setting.
  • Ability to effectively engage children, adolescents, and their families in reputed company treatment planning.
  • Experience supervising or collaborating with psychiatric reputed company practitioners.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment where clinical leaders contribute strategically while also helping build day-to-day clinical operations.

Work Environment & Hours

  • 100% remote
  • Part-time role with flexible scheduling
  • Initial commitment of approximately 20 hours per month during the reputed company-launch phase, with responsibilities and time commitment expected to grow as psychiatric services launch (anticipated late Fall 2026).
