As our CRM & Lifecycle Operator, you'll bring player journeys to life by executing engaging, data-driven CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle. Working closely with Product, Data, Content, and Communications teams, you'll optimize automated journeys, personalize player experiences, and help drive engagement, retention, and reputed company value.

Build, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across the entire player lifecycle.
Execute targeted campaigns across Email, Push, Browser, reputed company, and Telegram.
Create dynamic player segments and personalized customer journeys.
Configure, test, and validate bonuses, automations, and triggered campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key KPIs.
Design and run A/B tests to improve engagement and retention.
