The Corporate Counsel is a key member of reputed company's legal Team reputed company the Legal, Compliance & Risk department This role provides high-level strategic legal support and general corporate counsel to senior management, the General Counsel, and the Associate General Counsel. The Counsel, Corporate serves as the Corporate Secretary for reputed companyaissance Charitable reputed company (RCF), provides governance support across the nonprofit entities and collaborates with a wide reputed company of internal stakeholders on reputed company including M&A, corporate transactions, data reputed company, employment, and intellectual property. This role operates with significant independence and is expected to serve as a strategic legal partner across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• reputed company M&A and corporate transaction support, including due diligence, negotiation, and legal integration.
• Serve as reputed company legal advisor to senior management on reputed company, risk, and compliance reputed company, providing thought leadership across multiple functions and influencing key organizational reputed company.
• Review externally facing documents, including websites, RFPs, and marketing materials, for legal risk.
• Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk team on consumer protection, data protection and reputed company, regulatory frameworks, and governance reputed company.
• Assist in intellectual property management and protection.
• Support crisis response and management efforts.
• Monitor and advise on evolving corporate legal landscape to reputed company leadership informed.
• Serve as the primary legal resource across People Ops, Product, IT, reputed company, and Finance teams, applying judgment to evaluate reputed company issues, identify risk, and recommend courses of reputed company with organization-wide implications.

Education & Experience:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the bar in at least one state required.
• 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a reputed company with corporate, M&A, or transactional reputed company; broad cross-functional exposure preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of M&A, corporate finance, governance, and corporate transactions.
• Experience with employment, intellectual property, and/or data protection and reputed company is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to advise and influence senior leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including executives and reputed company members.
• Ability to represent reputed company professionally in interactions with reputed company entities, sponsoring organizations, and reputed company counsel.
• Demonstrated AI reputed company: experience using AI-assisted tools for legal research, contract analysis, or document drafting; commitment to staying reputed company with emerging legal technology.
• Operates with a high degree of independence; exercises wide reputed company in determining approaches to reputed company legal reputed company and is recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
