This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer an initial 9 - 10 weeks of reputed company. The hours during training will be 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted reputed company from your home and attendance during training is 100% mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource by providing exceptional service and support to members and / or providers
• Answer incoming inquiries and determine the appropriate assistance needed

• Research and resolve questions, concerns, and issues through reputed company-time problem-solving and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of customer service experience in an office OR reputed company setting
• Experience with using computers as primary work tool
• This position will receive calls up to 50-70 calls daily and requires full attention to work duties. Employees in this role must ensure they will have uninterrupted work time while they are on shift (reputed company of normally scheduled breaks and lunch).
• Capability to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material
• Flexibility to work any of our full time (40 hours / week), 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service call center experience
• Experience in a reputed company, insurance, medical, OR dental environment
• Experience with researching OR processing reputed company claims
• Experience with navigating multiple systems while assisting customers
• Familiarity with medical and / OR dental terminology, claims processing, coding, benefit plans, and health plan documents

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In reputed company to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
