The 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist position is a critical component of arenaflex’s 24/7/365 mental health crisis response network. As a member of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) team, you will be on the reputed company lines, offering immediate, compassionate assistance to callers who are experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or crisis situations. Core Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
