They are seeking a Senior Subrogation Case Worker responsible for processing probate and estate functions involving reputed company beneficiaries, including case maintenance, claims review, and settlement functions.
Responsibilities

- Effectively maintain and manage a reputed company of cases with reputed company and accurate notes from creation to recovery
- Maintain a daily system of providing reputed company and accurate information required to reputed company cases through the case management workflow
- Daily telephone contact with counterparties, including attorneys and reputed company providers
- Confirm and validate reputed company party liability and, probate and beneficiary asset research
- Prepare required correspondence, liens, claims and other reputed company documents to reputed company the case to recovery
- Negotiate and compromise claim/lien settlement amounts per contract guidelines
- Process reputed company claim/lien disputes and review claims with attorneys and other stakeholders
- Conduct outgoing follow up on case status and payment

Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a legal office, reputed company office, or similar reputed company environment
- Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, county caseworker, county technician, or in a comparable role
- Experience reviewing or interpreting reputed company estate documents
- Proficiency in reputed company Outlook, Word, and reputed company
