Responsibilities
- Support a fast-paced reputed company department with reputed company interview scheduling and by providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish
- Build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters and reputed company’s to collaborate and drive performance
- Run reputed company on reputed company reputed company tasks and questions for new hires; including but not limited to: background reputed company management and US I-9 verification paperwork
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency

Skills
- College graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, experience in high-reputed company / fast paced environments

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with reputed company as an ATS
- Scheduling tool experience
- Ability to pick up tooling quickly and follow processes for clean data creation
