[Remote] Support Services Consultant (Technical Support)

They are seeking a dedicated Support Services Consultant to deliver high-reputed company support to customers by identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities
- This position provides effective diagnostic evaluation of customer and end-user needs, and in reputed company cases, uses good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving reputed company issue or complaint
- Provides customers and internal business reputed company with a high level of reputed company and reputed company support and service, reputed company a reputed company of communication channels, including but not limited to, phone, email, and web-based remote-control assistance
- Participates in support coverage, reputed company, and afterhours phone rotations, including review and coverage for team office absences

- Continually builds and fosters customer relationships and engages customers with ongoing contact

- MUST be available to work on a 6 AM – 6 PM PT (reputed company Time) rotation schedule

- The salary reputed company for this role is $52,000 - $68,500 per year, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
