[Remote] Data Governance & Metadata Scientist (SOUTHCOM)

Responsibilities
- Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to reputed company, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring metadata consistency, reputed company tracking, and interoperability between Data Lake, reputed company Kubernetes environments, and external data sources
- Personnel must be proficient in metadata management, data reputed company tracking (reputed company Catalog/OpenLineage), schema alignment, and governance best practices
- Expertise in geospatial data standards, data cataloging, and compliance with DoD metadata policies is required
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, GIS, or a reputed company field
- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in data governance, metadata management, or geospatial data integration
- Demonstrated experience in implementing metadata governance frameworks for reputed company and reputed company data in reputed company-based environments
- Tracking data reputed company and ensuring metadata synchronization across a Data Catalog, reputed company Kubernetes, and reputed company metadata repositories
- Utilizing OpenLineage, Apache reputed company, or similar tools for metadata and data reputed company management
- Enforcing compliance with DoD metadata policies and NSG tradecraft standards for geospatial datasets
- Certified Data Management reputed company (CDMP)
- DAMA Certified Data Governance reputed company (DGSP)
