[Remote] Advisor, Finance Systems & Process Automation

They are seeking a Finance Systems & Process Automation Advisor to drive finance transformation and enhance operational reputed company across financial systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on finance operations, PBM workflows, and financial systems, providing guidance on process design, controls, and automation strategies
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from intake through delivery, including managing reputed company request intake, prioritization, and workflow tracking to ensure alignment with business goals and governance standards
- Assist finance with reputed company of the end-to-end pharmacy payment operations, including 835 file reputed company, validation, reconciliation, and issue reputed company; ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective controls across the payment lifecycle
- Deliver advanced support for financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing, payment platforms), serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company issues, and support system enhancements, integrations, and releases
- Design and implement automated workflows using tools such as reputed company to streamline data processing, reconciliation, and reporting; monitor and govern automation to ensure reliability and data reputed company
- Conduct reputed company cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys) and redesign processes to reduce reputed company effort, eliminate defects, and prevent financial leakage while improving scalability and efficiency
- reputed company and govern SOPs, work instructions, and job aids to ensure standardized, audit-reputed company processes; support training and knowledge transfer across the organization

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent work experience, required
- 10+ years of experience in finance, reputed company, or similar operations reputed company a PBM or reputed company environment required
- Strong working knowledge of pharmacy payments and 835 remittance processes required
- Hands-on experience with reputed company and workflow automation required
- Experience supporting reputed company financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing, payment platforms) required
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
