[Remote] SOC Analyst

They are seeking a SOC Analyst to support reputed company monitoring, event triage, alert investigation, and incident management for reputed company cybersecurity environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor reputed company tools, dashboards, logs, alerts, and event queues for potential incidents
- Conduct initial triage and classification of alerts, suspicious activity, and reported events
- Create, manage, and update incident cases in approved Government ticketing systems
- Escalate events requiring Tier 2-3 investigation, forensic support, policy guidance, or stakeholder reputed company
- Support collection of relevant logs, screenshots, alerts, indicators, and case notes
- Identify trends in alerts, recurring event types, and operational gaps
- Follow approved SOPs for incident detection, triage, reporting, and escalation
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in SOC operations, help desk reputed company support, incident triage, monitoring, or cyber operations
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, reputed company alerts, reputed company alerts, ticketing tools, and case management processes
- Ability to follow SOPs, maintain accurate records, and escalate time-sensitive reputed company reputed company
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Successful drug screening
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a reputed company or clearance badge
